Monica Gaspar is a curator, writer and educator. Her areas of interest include exhibitions as a vehicle for critical discourse, and feminist and decolonial approaches to the relationship between design and craft. Through curating international exhibitions, writing for specialised publications, lecturing, and serving as a jury member and consultant for numerous institutions, she has earned a wide expertise in the field of contemporary jewellery. She is about to start a new position as the curator of the applied arts collection at the Museum für Gestaltung Zurich.
